Over the past few years, I have managed to structure an ideal flow of mindfulness techniques that will allow ourselves to create a more peaceful reality; both within ourselves and around us.

Solarmeditation actually started as a personal blog to track my journey of nurturing myself back in shape and  back to good health. 

 

Like many others, I had been working for years in a corporate environment. However, high levels of stress had taken a BIG toll on my health, which forced me to relook at my priorities in life. Realising that I had to really rest to recover, I decided to take a leap of faith and go back to my true passion and purpose; To help others get healthier not just physically but also mentally. 

It was through my daily meditations outdoors, where I was able to reflect and re-discover myself, and finally reclaim my Inner Peace.

Looking back to 2014 where I first began, what you are going to experience is a collection of all my insights, structured in an easy to understand manner, so that you can regain that inner peace which you seek.
